Get started

Put the trust layer in front of the next security review.

We are looking for a small number of AWS-based SaaS and agent vendors with a live requirement: an enterprise contract waiting on the control their customer's security team is asking for. You bring the workflow and a security participant; we bring the execution-authority layer — and we build it against a real review, not a demo theater.

Engagements

Two ways to start.

One week · read-only · attaches to a real deployment

Enterprise Agent Deployment Review

  • Current action and credential map
  • Direct and indirect bypass analysis
  • AgentCore / Entra / existing-stack gap assessment
  • One canonical action contract
  • Customer-account architecture
  • Evidence-chain example
  • Build-versus-buy estimate
  • Topology assurance score: observed · governed · agent-scoped mediated paths

Not a generic readiness assessment. Bring a real agent deployment and a real requirement.

60–90 days · credited toward the first annual contract

Design Partnership

  • One named workflow and one protected action
  • Executive sponsor plus a security participant
  • Pre-agreed conversion price
  • You pay your own AWS bill — this is the control plane, not marked-up compute

The three-way review — you, us, and your enterprise customer's security team — is the goal.

No published prices — engagement structure only. An implementation engagement is credited toward the first annual contract, with the conversion price agreed up front.

A fit

  • AWS-based SaaS or agent vendor
  • A current enterprise contract delayed by agent-security requirements
  • Agent workflow shipping or planned within six months
  • Can name a downstream enterprise security reviewer
  • Would rather embed a control than build and maintain one

The questions we ask first

“Which enterprise contract is blocked, and what precise control is missing?”

That is the first question — and the one this company exists to answer.

“What makes this a purchase this quarter?”

Every serious conversation starts with a forcing event — a blocked contract, a security questionnaire, an audit finding, an insurance requirement, a deadline — and a date.
